LOL to the Monty Python reference. The Holy Grail one was my fave. Why? A grand parody on Camelot; such as the knights panicking and running away, the Killer Rabbit, the crazy French, the Trojan Rabbit, the mad Black Knight, the three-head knight whose heads kept arguing, Lancelot going berserk, the question-asker, the Knights of Ni, and the cowardly Sir Robbin with his silly misntrels.
It be funny if some references appear in this; such as minstrels singing of Twylight and Applejack screwing up to which they try to cover them up, some goblins acting as the French, Twylight and Applejack ignoring Rainbow about some kappas just for appearing harmless only to learn how wrong, someone base on the Black Knight, a 3-head Ettin, and some warriors who go ni./

Indeed. This is rivaling the old G1 baddies.

This was, like, way more badass than anything else that’s been on FiM so far, at least in design. I wonder if the writers are finally being allowed to stop being wimps about designing monsters. I mean, compare this to the S1 manticore to see what I mean. Friggin’ night and day.
