Mostly because there are little to no useable scenes with him.
Probably Pinkie or Button’s mom. Or Applejack. Depends on my mood and it’s still two weeks to go for the next round.
Still, I don’t think she’s into griffons. And if she is, bear in mind, she will most likely go for the high class ones, so you’re still safe.
There’s a difference between “domesticated” and “subservient.” I like civilization, but I’m still independent.

It’s not so much griffin/unicorn (and to those who can’t do magic, unicorns can be very intimidating). But she’s such a forceful personality when she wants something that I’d fear for my freedom.
A griffin intimidated by a Unicorn… That’s a new one.
Then again, Rarity kind of intimidates me.
That was happening long before Bruce Kalish’s days. Heck, he didn’t even have anything to do with it; that was Koichi Sakamoto’s doing (which you can easily see when you watch any of the Kamen Rider or Sentai series he’s directed, like Fourze or Kyoryuger). And even before then, there would be explosions like that, just not nearly as big.
The materials and such can be decided by her.
