His parents don’t take good care of him, his teacher and babysitter practically want him dead…wonder if someone’s written a more realistic fanfic where Timmy gets snatched up by Child Protection Services after seeing how neglectful his unnamed mother and father are (they even admit in the series to using his college funds for more impractical things!).

More like “abuse by child”.
I mean, just look at Charlie Brown or Timmy Turner.
Blame the writers. They think it’s funny for a kid-type character to receive a lot of abuse.

Now she just has him as her bell boy. With no regards or appreciation of his hard work.
