When we talk about actual autism (which suprisingly, isn’t that common), we usually call it “actual autism”.
It’s the same thing with faggot and the n-word, the original meaning often doesn’t apply and we use them as insults that can be used in any situation.
Most of them know that any kind of mental illnesses that fall under the spectrum of autism are not what they’re talking about when they use “autism” as an insult
Or at least I hope that’s the case…
