In a sense, Rarity is just a puppet, because she’s merely a figment of Sweetie’s imagination in this scene. And what you suggest is “implied” actually isn’t. This dream scene is simply rolling very quickly from one piece of nonsense to another.
 
I should point out that while I have no problem continuing this debate, it’s usually a pretty fruitless exercise once a mod has stepped in.

it’s very clearly vore. There’s no digestion, or splash at the end of the ride, because there doesn’t need to be (many pieces out there don’t even show the whole body swallowing part of a soft vore pic, it’s just implied, as is in this one), so the only way this Probably couldn’t categorize as vore is if Rarity here was an animatronic puppet, which I’m not too sure about that either.
 
also, you should probably relax. Vore is set in place perfectly, you’re just arguing preferences at this point when you bring out the digestion / dream scenario parts.
