But really, Pinkie Pony’s year long cyber bully campaign was bad enough, but what did she expect faking attacks, cheering on Purple Tinker stealing from people, using “chairty money” to buy yet more plushies, comissining artists (likely with “charity money”) to draw carictures of the brony fandom, drawing child porn while declaring war against a stupid blog less unsavory then her own?
 
Baiting 4chan and Mlp to play victim games is like putting your hand in the piranha pool and giving it the middle finger, then hoping it won’t bite your arm off.

I’m not saying it wasn’t over the top,but let’s be honest, she would have kept going, starting at much shit as she could, making up more lies and attacks, defending more thieves and taking down more blogs, up until the point where the attention she was receiving just wasn’t fun for her anymore.

I can understand getting mad, but threatening her personally? That’s just uncool. Yes, I’m aware that PP is allegedly a pathological liar, but I’ve seen reactions on places like Horse News and Tumblr that were just way out of control.
 
So yes, I do believe people were overreacting. What people failed to realize, and still do, is that giving her attention only made her more powerful. If it weren’t for the massive backlash against her she wouldn’t have gained anywhere near as big a presence online.
