I’ve looked it up, and they both don’t have the same seiyuu. They do sound similar though.
that is not a coincidence, they have the same VA.
Honestly, her voice reminded me of Japanese Meowth in a bad way. A little too nasally for me.
Her voice reminds me of Button Mash’s, annoying as hell, yet somehow alluring. This is probably why I have it as my headcanon voice for 63’d Button.
