Well, not really a pun, just a very, very bad joke. It’s part of a celebration of all the different countries of the world, with everypony representing a different country, but Pinkie Pie just doesn’t seem to get it. Off camera, Director Twilight is trying to explain that Pinkie’s not even being geographically correct. “Pinkie, the only country that even shares a border with both Turkey and Greece is Bulgaria!” ~Invidlord
