yes, but i believe this is supposed to be Baby-discord from the ask blog of the same name, in which an alternate dimension (the discord from ask-statued-discord) shows up and plays devil’s advocate. Baby discord used to be an adult, but apperantly messing around with a magical artifact regressed his age, and he now resides in fluttershy’s loving care.

I should mention that after reading an otherwise fairly bad HiE harem fic that featured a magical mishap resulting in a baby clone of Discord being generated while Discord was still in stone and the main character adopting the boopable little guy, I have had in my head a notion to replicate the whole “magical mishap creates baby clone of Discord” so I can have Discord break loose from the stone due to the chaos the baby causes and then get into a custody battle with whoever adopted the kid.
 
If I did it I would probably ask to use this as a cover, because it’s adorable. :-)

For some reason I don’t see Discord cloning himself. I think possibly because he would have done it by now if he was going to, but also, I suspect plausible deniability; if you create a child past her cutie mark age with your chaos magic, well, she’s a child, not a baby, and if you knock up some pony or dragon or human or whatever, you can claim you were just in it for the sex, but if you actually make a baby clone of yourself everyone knows you’re a big softy who wanted a baby. :-)

Of course, one wonders what insane mad scientist would be mad enough to make a clone of Discord… so it was probably one of Twilight’s spells gone wrong somehow.
