Mass download is probably already something that the site supports. I remember TSP mentioning it, but that they have no current plans to add additional interface to do so.
 
Mass upvoting and downvoting they’ve already said they will never do, ESPECIALLY downvoting. They’ve already previously gone as far as temporarily having removed the ability to downvote an image from the thumbnail. If there’s something you want to downvote everything with that tag, suck it up and either just fuckin’ filter it or deal with having to click on every single one of those images to manually downvote them.
 
Complex tag filters, implications, watches, etc, are currently being worked on and are a high priority but also very hard to implement.

Or upvote all the posts with a certain tag (Superedit, of course).  
Or downvote all the posts with a single tag (we each have our own controversial dislike).  
Or filter posts with a particular combination of tags (For example, I have all explicit blocked, but I wouldn’t mind having only the humanized explicit be visible).

there should be a way to liek, download all the images with a certain tag. like, the artist tag
