Neutral smash: Magic beam (able to charge it up for more power)  
Side Smash: Teleportation (dodge attacks and attack from behind)  
Up Smash/Recovery: Magic Dash (aerial dash towards opponents/ledges while attacking with magic)  
Down Smash: Phone-a-Friend (gets one of the mane 6 to attack the opponent [Applejack lassos the opponent and bucks him/her; Rarity launches gems at opponents; Fluttershy gets a bear; Pinkie Pie uses her Party Cannon; Rainbow Dash grabs opponents and brings them down with a Sonic Rainboom, probably most powerful of the bunch])  
Final Smash: Elements of Harmony (mane 6 launches powerful rainbow beam similar to Samus’ Final Smash [yes, you can control the attack])

Garry’s Mod is a physics sandbox game. It’s a mod built off of Half-Life 2.  
Its physics engine allows people to pose ragdolls and physics objects, and it’s heavily moddable. Therefore, people have made metric butt-loads custom models for it, including MLP models and ragdolls.  
Searching ‘gmod’ on this ‘booru will show you an imperial butt-load of Gmod screenshots using those pony models. (There’s a lot of them making out for some reason, sheesh.)
 
To clarify however, the model used in this image is not one of the Gmod models.  
Which is a shame. It’s dang pretty.
