Personality: Often cold and distant, but in social situations she tries to loosen up. She is prone to drastic mood swings, and can lose her temper or have an emotional breakdown very easily. She speaks with a refined Canterlot accent, but when she gets very emotional her accent reverts back to that of a farm pony. She spends most of her off time reading non fiction or visting with her friends and family.
 
Bio: Born on a farm north of Ponyville. She earned her Cutie Mark after she helped her father save the farm from going bankrupt with her skills in spotting and trimming excess expenses. She went off to school in Canterlot, where she got a duel major in economics and business management. Her first job was with the government there in Canterlot, with the Office of Taxes and Revenue; But after her father got cancer, she quit and decided to take a job closer to home. She currently serves as the Secretary of Disaster Budgeting for the Municipality of Ponyville. The job keeps her busy most of the time, due to all the monsters and weird things that come to the small town. When an Ursa Minor needs milk and he needs it now, Raz is there to compensate the Cows for their seized goods. When the town has been eaten alive by a swarm of Parasprites, it’s Raz’s job to hire the contractors and crews to fix the buildings and clean up the wreckage. When a rampaging dragon steals citizen’s goods, Raz’s the one who makes sure everything gets back to its proper owner.
