I think Twi would go with Melek or Niv-Mizzet Firemind. AJ could go with…well, i guess the entirety of the Marath precon lol, I think she’d appreciate big things that are more than meets the eye.
 
and Pinkie’s xenagos should involve all kinds of chaotic effects like warp world and confusion in the ranks. I’m thiking a grixis colored commander would work for her too since those colors are 10 different kinds of crazy. i also agree with Zedruu being Rarity. Dash could be either aurelia or Gisela.
 
but then again, i’m guessing this is alll completely off of what they personally want as opposed to “a deck/general optimized for their style of play” so other than Pinkie with jaya instead of xenagos, i think most of these are spot on. Sydri is pretty fab, but Olivia voldaren is fab-er~

Personally, I think AJ would work better with Karametra, Fluttershy with Rhys the Redeemed, and as has been noted, Pinkie with Xenagos. Or Teferi.
