I mean, yeah, there’s not always ties between the names in the family, but ‘Vinyl Melody’ sounds like a good Pony name and it’d easily split into Vinyl Scratch and Octavia Melody.
Presumably both kids would, in that case, be a disappointment; Octavia performs the music herself, though at least the genre’s right, while Vinyl makes an awful noise, but at least she uses proper tools to do so.
