Had this idea after the “Red Moon” event a few weeks ago :D
I didn’t put much importance to see if Luna actually fits the Madara/Obito character like in my previous crossovers. I focused more in the fact that she actually can control the moon at her on will, so it wouldn’t be very difficult to her to combine this ability with the visual prowess of the sharingan to fullfill the eternal tsukuyomi.

No, Obito did the plan because the Hidden Mist turned Rin into the Jinchuriki for the Three-Tails. He’s doing this not because Rin died, but to change the system that caused her to die. Even though he did become evil because she died, all Uchiha turn out like that when the one person they truly love dies because their love turns into hatred.
Turns out in the new chapter, Madara was the reason why she died, not the Hidden Mist. So basically, Obito was used by Madara the whole time and didn’t realize it.
