Hmm… If you saved it then you should be able to find it/recover it. Do you remember the date and the location of where you saved it? You should be able to use the search function to find it on your PC - look up “cupcakescankill”/“what_are_are_you_looking_at” (without the quotation marks) and try searching it on your C:/main drive if you don’t remember where it was saved to. If you cannot find it then I’ll probably try to upload the picture that I have of it at some point and post the link here.
I couldn’t find it, And I usually rename the things I save and put them in a pictures folder. It’s most likely gone/My memory was bad about me having saved it in the first place.
 
Very well… I have uploaded the image here . Its quality isn’t that great, but it’s better than nothing.

There was a messy version of this (which appears to have been deleted along with the original artist’s DA account) and I have a screenshot of it (although it’s a bit pixelated, unfortunately).
 
I used to have a saved picture of it at one point, Maybe it’s just bad memory, But I think it got lost, As it’s nowhere to be found. So yeah, I would actually like to see it again.
