A sketch I’m working on. 1920x1080 ratio for desktop backgrounds once it’s done. Sorry for the photo quality, it’s hard to fit in my scanner without ripping it out of my sketchbook (which I will do if I have to). I kind of like it though. It sort of blends the pencil more fluently than what it is in real life. Anyway, I plan on giving it the full color treatment.
 
Still working on style. I feel sort of stuck, like I’m not really getting anywhere. When I draw it feels like I’m mimicking show and other artist’s work rather than making anything original (I mean aside from the fact that this is fanart anyway). I purposely avoid using references to try and break away, but then it’s almost counter productive because I end up falling back on what I know. Cliche pose and subject matter. Ugh. It feels so bland now that I think about it. It’ll look better in color. Maybe. Actually being creative is hard and I really want to get there. Just gotta keep drawing.
