I just get peeved whenever someone uses the word hate to describe an entire ethnicity.
And I was talking about fanatic sports fans, not regs.
A fan would say, “I’d kill to get into that game.”
A fanatic would actually do it.
It’s bloody true.
Specially in sports, sports is a constant pitched battle.
That’s too hyperbolic to be true.
And I seriously doubt that your country or mine is devoid of overly competitive douches, so France is not that special.
Even the elderly participate in this stupid rivalry.
Every nation has its good guys and its assdouches. You probably are interacting with a minority that most think are irritating, too.
I’ve seen and interacted with enough Frenchies to form a solid opinion of them.
Sure, there’ll be certain individuals that break the rule, as always.

How can there be so many denizens of a country that you despise? Have you talked with every French citizen, and they all gave you a very bad time?
