I hardly think the creators of the show would be insulted if you shipped Fluttercord openly. I think they’d like your enthusiasm about their relationship. As to all the Dislestia fans, don’t care so much about them! This is fandom; you should be able to ship whatever the hell you want!

Dislestia is not canon until Meghan confirm, not VA. Just because animators used the script for Meghan that reads “and he gave them flowers to apologise for betrayal” and had fun with it along with Nicole Oliver it still proves nothing and Celestia is still in love with Sombra for now.
