I’ve argued with (American) MRA’s who label american women as worthless, because they don’t adhere to the roles they used to, claiming they never accomplish anything and arbitrarily aren’t worth hiring, under any circumstances.
I’ve seen mra’s going into MASSIVE tirades against women’s suffrage multiple times.
I’ve seen mra’s label rape and abuse as simply a mechanism to use against men, and refuse to take ANY claim of it seriously (even going as far as to claim women “provoke”, or simply insult their character), even in cases where the accused is found guilty.
I’ve seen mra’s crap on women workers for not willingly going into work fields dominated by men in as high a number as most would like (such as the military) COMPLETELY disregarding the amount of sexual assault that go on in said institutions which often get swept under the rug by higher ups.
A MAJOR staple of the movement is that men shouldn’t have to take any responsibility for illegitimate children they put on this earth. And yet the rest of society owes them sympathy, especially since most single parent households are run by mothers with multiple jobs, and our tax money, more often than not winds up paying to help support said children, due to how many millions go unpaid in child support every year.
The whole “friend-zone” crap is the tip of a very ugly, poisonous iceberg.

Actually, they call themselves that. (More generally “Mens’ Rights Activists.”) Many of those that do so are the same people that think “SJW” or “white knight” is an insult.
None of the roles are new. Long before SJW was a word, I was called a bleeding-heart hippie. It meant the same thing. It was used by the same kind of people: the ones that didn’t like what the bleeding-heart hippies were trying to do.
I don’t think “SJW” is an insult; it’s just meant as one. I’m sure MRAs don’t think “MRA” is an insult when I say it either.
