Huh. Funny. All the way back, the original “Molestia” (>>102416) was a succubus who took Celestia’s form and used it to molest the real Celestia’s subjects. The real Celestia was… elsewhere. So, looks like in the end, this was actually true to the original idea, that Celestia and Molestia are two different entities. This Molestia was just accepted as Celestia for a long time now.

Yes, but you’re missing the point I’m making here; Molestia isn’t back in the sense that it’s her that Luna’s talking to here; this is CELESTIA. I’m okay with the idea, but in comparison to her Molestia persona, she seems, well… bland.
 
Take away what made Molestia, well… herself, and you’d be better off watching the show, or reading another Celestia tumblr.

Celestia coming back is okay, but I really would have preferred Molestia to return. I have this nagging feeling that Celestia’s going to be blander than white bread now that she’s back, and I just don’t know what to feel about that.

True, but I doubt I should get my hopes up for that sort of thing, since JJ probably wants to stay away from Molestia now that hes done with her, and that would include Molly’s feelings for Twilight.
