@StarrySkies
We were talking pure head canon there, nothing srs. IIRC the north Korean army has performance groups, but that’s not exactly a good example to follow. :]
I think it’s for the best we avoid using spitfire as a good example.~ x3
I mean, she was a completely horrible DI which lead to the spoiling of a cadet, then abandoned one of her own friends while trying to get another person to ditch their friends in favor for their team.
@cheezedoodle
Who says those cheerleaders were subordinates? Could have been civilian cheerleaders (I can’t think of one military and or military-like organization that utilize Cheerleaders, Cheerleaders are more of a sports thing, though I am open to be correct if there are militaries that use cheerleaders, especially when it’s their own personnel.)
Just like Spitfire

My headcanon basically writes itself! Thanks doodle
Fraternizing with subordinates (the cheerleaders). You’re welcome. ;)
In my (stupid, lameass without basis in reality) headcanon, Soarin’ is a better leader than Spitfire that was demoted for X or Y reason.
Damn, you beat me to it.
