I’m guessing as soon as Rarity breaks free of the Inspiration Manifestation spell. Hopefully by then Octavia will have managed to win the heart of the icy, repressed upper crust DJ with her folksy, rustic, earthy chello concert player ways.

Well, not to spoil the joke, but basically it’s about the scene in Inspiration Manifestation where the mariachi band in the children’s party is… well, either teleported in exchange of, or somehow transmuted into Octavia’s band.
 
So I figured it would be funny to see both bands exchange roles, with Octavia and company serenading Vinyl outside her window in true mariachi fashion, while the mariachi band plays ill-fitting ballroom walzes at a classic Mexican golden-age cinema film.
