Hopefully i’m going to to buy a 1985 LTD crown Victoria when I get older.
They are. I think even with the 5.8L police option that was still only 180HP. All of 20HP over the standard 5.0L with dual exhaust.
But, both engines were common across Fords entire lineup, so lots of parts are available and they can be modified pretty easily.
Yes, they’re terrible, no doubt about it.
But I can easily see these getting chrome grilles, metal-flake paint and hydraulics…they seem like a prime choice for a low rider.
They look and they are probably deathly slow. The Citroen Xsara police cars that my country uses would run rings around them!
i don’t the majority of people think that but they are always cool when they are a cop car… of course, i always thought they were cool no matter what
