If I met Twilight in this condition after being hurt by my dark self I would get her to the hospital to get that cheek patched up then see if she needs any other checkups (Mental or emotional, as that could lead to some serious side effects if not checked out sooner) before I take her back home and stay with her for a while so she gets better.

Funny enough this is how my grandparents got together. Grandma had an abusive boyfriend who hit her and Grandpa helped her hide/took care of her.
 
He then proceeded to go smash the other guys teeth in when he was alone and later on Grandparents fell in love and Pinkie pops up That’s how Equestria was made!
