People saying Diamond needs to keep bullying.
Who’s doing that?
I don’t understand why people encourage others to bully.
One good decent one, I felt was “Cubic Zirconia,” but it’s not finished yet. It does a good job making Tiara more of a woobie, but she’s still a li’l bratty at times, so she’s not to OOC like some “redemption” fics.
I find myself more interested in “Diamond redeems herself” fanfics.
I always kinda saw her Dad as a nicer guy personally, and he seems to be friends with the Apple family. (Plus it kinda sends a bad stereotypical message if “all rich people” in the show are bad. Heck I’m sure Princess Celestia is loaded with cash.)
It was kinda cute the way she idolized him, (and one of her few positive traits shown in the show) even if she’s a brat, it’s kinda nice to see that she at least respects her old man.
I don’t think he’s entirely the reason she’s bad, and a bully. She’s just spoiled, used to getting her way, maybe possibly because he’s to nice to her.
I know right?
I do think that DT’s special talent its to lead (to a certain extend) its only that she’s a little bit ruthless and a lot more bratty.
I mean, if she practically idolizes her dad (she was the only pony paying attention to his presentation) I find hard not to believe he isn’t a lil bit ruthless in the business world.

Some fans oddly do this to Silver Spoon to, or have a desire for her to betray Tiara, and pull a heel-face turn, and become friends with the CMC. (There are probably tons of fanfics featuring this…)
Always seemed a bit biased to me, especially ‘cause Spoon’s been shown to be just as relentless with bullying the CMC, and even showed enthusiasm for it.
“What are we going to do? We already called them blank-flanks?”
I think people just try to make her empathetic, because she’s a “sidekick.”

I believe DT its a very cuttrhoat business mare (filly?) she knew that if they couldn’t beat them she had to make them insecure enough to not being able to win.
This is the filly who made an elementary school newspaper something that ponies bought even in other cities…
Besides, I only find a little bit hipocritical that they give a fre pass to trixie who enslaved a town, and not to DT, who, while devious, its hated for significantly less.
Still trying to get over what they did in “Flight to the Finish”.
And then Rich, having diversified their portfolio, simply buys out the land during one of those supposed economic dry spells for SAA we keep hearing about.
Too bad Diamond suffered Aesop Amnesia, continuing to bully Apple Bloom despite knowing that her family was the one that founded Ponyville, meaning that Diamond wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for Granny Smith.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple Bloom, upon taking over for Sweet Apple Acres when she gets older, refuses to do any business with Rich Enterprise.
You bring up a good point. I admit, Diamond’s lil singing solo piece in the “Pinkie Pride” episode was indeed cute. Again, good point.
I switched to battery just now. But it seems the storm’s fading.
To be honest, I never really liked the fanon idea/desire of Spoon suddenly becoming good if she stops being friends with, betrays, or stops hanging out with Tiara.
She really acts no less snooty then she does, and such, so I don’t get why some fans give Spoon a free pass on her behavior, yet want to burn Tiara at a stake.
Though, admittedly, I wouldn’t mind them both reforming near the end of the series, or at least doing something else in the show besides being mean to the CMC.
(I actually did like Tiara’s cute li’l singing solo during the “Pinkie’s Pride” opening song.) Though, I don’t think they want to try to “convert” every “villain” to being good.

Yeah, I’m aware of that, but I think it’s possible the CMC could get their cutie-marks, and such before the show ends. (Especially, if Hasbro started producing toys of them with cutie-marks.) ;)

They only changed that to sell more toys. Isn’t it obvious that the castle is to introduce a brand new playset? Why can’t they make a new change that’s just there for the sake of story? Like Discord, for example, who didn’t get a toy made. Cadance was probably made to replace the early pink Celestia toys.
Sorry, just in a bad mood tonight, mostly because of the thunderstorm.
Tell that to people still griping about purple book smart horse getting wings, and a new house.
I’m calling it, they won’t turn nice for good before the series ends. Nor will the CMC get their cutie marks.

Seriously? It was actually a pretty good episode, so you’re missing out. Tiara & Spoon regardless of brown-nosing to meet Twilight, and such were actually more tolerable in this episode, and seeing them kiss-up, and actually being nice (even for shallow reasons) to the CMC was a nice change of pace.
There were even some faces they made that actually were kinda adorable. Almost made me forget what biotches they are.
Only because of Princess Twilight, I believe. (didn’t bother to watch it because of them, I read the summary via TV Tropes)
