She is definatly adorable. On the source page, I with someone else came up with the basics for an adorable plushie.  
-DoubleBackstitchArts style 45 inch high plushie (for fabric concerns because if we went truly full kaiju size, no fabric would be left :))  
-EL wire for the glowing eyes and horn  
-LED tipped antennae  
-soft fibre-optic mane and tail (it is a horse style tail)  
-other artists known for giant plushies would also work

Anon gets called to boss’s office

His boss reaches under his desk and retrieves a set of diving gear
