Bascially it’s morality that is beyond human comprehension.
For example, Kyubey sees having emotions as sinful whereas he has no problem ripping souls out of people and letting them corrupt into monsters if it’s for the greater good.

I’ve never heard of ‘blue and orange’ morality.
Well again not sure about the others but Rossiu did have good intentions and what he did made sense. And Kyubey is a case of Blue And Orange Morality. Tough the little shit can go straight to hell.

Also, all these characters had, at one point or another, have been part of the “did nothing wrong” meme, which has been given to people who usually do something wrong, intentionally or not.
