I am noticing in the reports I ‘Acquired’ from the frontier towns and in the crystal empire that unruly behaviour, violation of regulations and insubordination become more common the further from Canterlot you get. Do you think this is because the guards are being overzealous, or that they think that you can’t persecute them for their actions way out in the sticks?

Your majesty, given what princess Luna has also gone on record stating that being immortal is akin to a curse, I feel I must ask this: Is it honestly so bad? I understand that losing ones’ friends and family is hard, but mortality offers no guarantee against that either. Forgive me if this seem too forward, but from where I’m standing, the only way dying could be considered a ‘blessing’ is if one sees nothing worthwhile in life.
