Yeah, it’s been around. And it’s not strictly on MLP videos; it’s just counted as a regular ad, though it is for Dabu Xian’s (however you spell it) channel.
Cute video, but is it really been shown as an ad? You’d think the MLP pony, and Inspector Gadget theme parody would lead to some legal issues.
Maybe a screen recording? That should be proof enough.
Well, I’ve got the ad paused in another tab so I could upload more images, and going to the original video shows several people commenting about how they saw it as an add over the last day or so. What kind of proof do you want?
