Remember, the fingers should fall naturally around the halfway mark between thigh and knee, and the elbows should be around the middle of the torso.  
Also, give these ladies some curves, please.

Well, ok, its not really a “full reflection” but…
 
You know what? You know how the animators put white spots in the eyes of the ponies in FIM? Do something like that.
 
Also, I suggest having some reference pictures. At least take a look at what they have at “the-blueprints”:the-blueprints.com under the human category.

Oh, another simple thing to do:  
ADD A REFLECTION IN THE EYES.
 
Not adding a reflection in the eyes makes the subject look lifeless/possessed. So, add a reflection in Octavia’s eyes.

Heads are a bit big and Vinyl’s neck is too wide. Also, Octavia looks like she’s a hunchback.

Yes the picture looks bad, but how about instead of insulting we critique, give kind suggestions instead? The artist will gradually become better if he listens and then we got less bad looking art and more nicer looking art.
