You mean McKillip? Her role in the script of the Season 2 finale was as “Bridesmaid #3”. A storyboard or layout artist later assigned her vocal performance to Lyra. McKillip isn’t voicing Lyra again, because if she’s ever scripted again (having now become a scripted and known character to the writers and not just a background pony only known to the layout artists and animators), her official actress is Ashleigh Ball.

Funny you mention that. I just watched this and I feel he is better suited for the role. By a wide margin.

Steven Merchant works at least as well for Doctor Whooves/Time Turner. Seriously, just try to imagine some of Wheatley’s lines coming out of Turner’s mouth.

That tweet was made a few hours after the initial airing of the episode, not after its re-release and redub on iTunes and such. So that particular tweet does not prove that Tabitha did Derpy’s second voice. This, however, does.
 
Now, that said, this graphic is actually 100% accurate about Lyra’s voice since she was voiced by Britt McKillip.

Actually, Hasbro ordered the lines redubbed as well. I wasn’t the only one who thought it made her sound like she had Down Syndrome.

Yeah, and the redub had nothing to do with the other edits that occurred after its initial airing.

The explanation I read on Equestria Daily was that there was really very little communication between anybody when they decided to refer to Derpy by name in The Last Roundup. When they gave Derpy’s lines to Tabitha the first time, she had no idea which character she was voicing, and mistakenly assumed from the name that the character was male, so she based the voice on the son of one of her neighbours, complete with the lisp that made her, IMHO, sound like she had Down Syndrome. Tabitha also voiced the redubbed version, this time making her sound female, though still a little accident prone.

Are you sure that was the dubbed voice? ’Cause I think I remember seeing that, and it was refering to the first Derpy voice in “The Last Round-up.” Hence, why said person asking said “Spoilers.” (Meaning it was a new episode at the time.)
