Counter-point: who decides the smartest of the mane 6 should be white? Think by this day and age, skin color does NOT define intelligence and character. It is a choice by the artist and/or whoever commissioned the piece. It’s rather annoying and insulting that folks feel the need to still comment the dark skin in fan art.
Your tone implies some very unsavoury things.
I’m not normally a fan of dark-skinned Twilight, because it’s usually not done well and at this point it’s terribly cliche. But this artist made it look lovely. No complaints here.
I did because the darker skin tone goes nice with the hair, personally.
Who knows?
I thought that was usually just something that artists did depending on who was making the art. Or who was commissioning the picture.
Just because the other ones are really busty, that doesn’t mean this one’s flat. That’s like calling someone who’s 5’10” tall short because they’re standing next to someone who’s 7’ tall.
