Welp I didn’t read the description. Derp.
It says right there in the description, his name is exclusive. Meant to be another word for rarity, just makes him sound racist. Being white doesn’t help either.

Did you mean “Elusive”? It’s literally another way of saying “Rarity”, that’s how a lot of the R63 names are created.
