Yes. If you like his work at all, you should definitely get this series, even King considers it his ‘Magnum Opus.’

It’s not fridge horror if you can see something disturbingly creepy the very instant you look at a picture.

sixtyfour215: Blaine the Mono is a psychopathic AI running an automated train. It’s obsessed with riddles and will kill you by jumping the line if you can’t come up with one it doesn’t know.
 
It’s also linked to a computer databank, so it knows all of them. And it’s the only way to get where you’re going.
 
One of the main characters hallucinates about Blaine long before he enters the story (for the second time… reality in this series is weird). It drives him more or less mad.
