As far as I can tell, there is none. I fixed the source link, but this is just part of an art dump of Twilight (pony in some pics, anthro in others) getting inflated or fattened, with no real story to any of it. The artist did similar art dumps with Cheerilee and Sweetie Belle beforehand.
