the “friendzone” is a concept that projects that being nice to a lady means she owes you something

therefore, OP is correct

My little sister said to me she’d been friend zoned by a guy she was into. I’ve never been afflicted with “friend zone” myself (mostly because I enjoy peace away from most people and have been fortunate enough to like people that like me the same way when I do make a friend) but I’m sure plenty of people both male and female have. It’s not a concept specific to males.

The more I read feminism claims the more ashamed of the gender I get sometimes. I feel like even the feminists can’t believe what they are saying sometimes. It’s like they say things they know aren’t true hoping they can trick someone into believing a lie.

Maybe not all feminists are like this but the ones like this are far louder if so.

Yeah, never we mind that Taylor Swift sings about the friendzone all the time, huh? The only people who complain about unrequited love are ALWAYS men, right, guys?

And then these same women will make a post saying “Why don’t men date me!!?!?!”

Newsflash, dumbshit, men don’t owe you anything just like your precious wymmin don’t own men.

Selfish spoiled brats.

I wonder why that would be, since there’s technically nothing stopping a woman from getting “friendzoned”. As for whether that would be misogynistic would depend on if the hypothetical guy is doing it knowingly and intentionally.

If you think about it, falling in love with someone but knowing that they will never love you back that way, is, I imagine, a not very nice experience to have happen to you. And here you have people judging them for going through that experience, when they probably haven’t been through it themselves. You might even say that someone is “privileged” to have not been through that…

In layman’s terms: “Women shouldn’t have friends because all friendship is bad for women”
