Why does everyone seem to think I’m looking for personal validation here? Just because the tools being used are the tools of “art,” that doesn’t make it “art.” Just the same as using a camera to create doesn’t make it “not art” (simply because it appears to be easier).

So many people are so invested in this.

That doesn’t mean you should quit trying though. Please don’t. Any artist, especially the professionals will tell you the best way to learn and improve is to keep drawing, every day. You have a foundation and definitely not zero talent so just keep at it. You can get there.

It’s because people here have already seen better artworks done by real artists. Standards are higher so amateurs will have a hard time trying to garner a fandom compared to those really good ones who had actual art training

I don’t quite understand the community here, so I don’t get the downvotes–but I do have to say this is the best thing I’ve posted so far. (Well, I prefer the version with shirt and panties.) That might explain it.
