Luna would be like Captain Falcon from Brawl. Quick and with powerful special attacks…that are only good if you get them to connect.
 
That said, the Royal Canterlot Voice should totally be a special move.

v I suppose you’re right. I’ll lower the fighting ability, but I’ll just consider about the others.

/Where’s the proof that she IS? Is she a great boxer? A skilled user of karate? Krav Maga? Capoeira? Judo? Is she just really good at street fighting? Yeah, for all we know Luna has studied all of those styles and more, and is such brilliant tactician that even Captain America would be impressed, but until we have an episode which reveals that Luna was personally trained by Bruce Lee(whoa that sounds cool), to me it’s much simpler and makes more sense to assume that she received some basic self-defense training and nothing more.

Welp, Princess Luna’s gonna punch me for doing this, but whatever.

For a Princess she has to be smarter than average… But I’m going to be conservative and rate her a 3 for Learned.  
>Strength: 6(75 to 100 ton limit)  
Not really seeing it, I’m giving her a 4 for 800 pound to 25 ton limit like her sister.  
>Speed: 7(Faster than Light/Teleport)  
I’m assuming she can teleport, so yeah, okay. At her normal speed she’s probably a 3 for Superhuman due to being part pegasus.  
>Stamina: 5(Bulletproof)  
Like Celestia I don’t know what to make of this stat, since we’ll probably never see somepony get shot and see if ponies can resist bullets without magic. But since Celestia isn’t as good as Deadpool or Wolvie at a 4 for Regenerative, Luna gets dropped to 3 for Enhanced in my book.  
>Energy Projection: 6(Multiple forms of Energy)  
Since she has magic and the RCV which can summon thunderclouds without any visible use of magic, and as Nightmare Moon she could morph her body into smoke, again without visible magic use, she gets this.  
>Fighting Ability: 4(Experienced Fighter)  
Luna Punch jokes aside, there’s no proof of this(I’d have loved to see her throw herself swinging hooves at the Changeling hordes though), so I’d drop her to 3 for Some Training.

I’d probably rank her speed and stamina a bit lower, just so she doesn’t murder everything that looks at her funny with ease.

Fighting ability should be 1, otherwise Luna would be up in the changelings’ grills.
