Are you honestly learning how to draw? If so, I do not particularly recommend starting to do so from 0 by posting things to an image archiving website. Also, without a tablet, digital art is both tedius and often requires a template (i.e. scans of a physical drawing). Usually.
 
Get a pencil (I like 2H and brand is irrelevant), grab some paper, and start drawing. Not just ponies, anything. Objects help the best. Youtube and elsewhere have tons of beginner art tutorials.
