I imagine she simply walks up to the apple trees and gives straightforward front kick.
She has applebucking thighs just because of the crazy Sundown world where she, as a human, still uses her legs to get apples off the apple tree.
No human does that, of course, but whatever. It’s a fantasy world after all.
