Anyone remember that poll we had way back in 2011 to decide what her name was going to be? Like DJ Clipclop or Deadhor5?
I’m answering his question “I never understood why Hasbro keeps calling her DJ-Pon3 XD” in the description.
Your argument is dumb. DJ Pon-3 was itself a fanon name that was adopted by Hasbro.
You’re like the people who argue that “Derpy” is canon but “Hooves” is not.
Who cares?
The closest thing is an Enterplay trading card that mentions DJ Pon-3 is her stage name and “Vinyl Scratch” is her real name. Of course, those card descriptions probably aren’t canon.

Negative. There is no official material that refers to DJ-Pon3 as a stage name nor any that connects Vinyl Scratch to DJ-Pon3.
It’s okay to have fanon but let’s not confuse it for canon.
