This photograph is gonna haunt me for the rest of my life. I guess it’s to finally admit the truth: She really does look DAMN good in one of those.

She’s looking into being a Royal Guard. Has anyone told her that fighting is just like ballet, except there’s no music and you’re trying to punch the other dancers?

Why do you people think Ballet is girly? Ballerinas go through shit that would make hardened military men cry. Dancing on point ain’t easy.

Figured I’d explain this just a little better since I’m not sure how often I’ll bring up dancing Starburst haha. First off, the only ponies who know that Starburst dances are those in her family. She tries to keep quiet about the whole thing with her friends since she know they’re the type who would keep bringing it up and teasing her (Prism). She got into ballet in the first place because she was klutzy and would trip all over her wings and whatnot when she was very young. Her parents enrolled her in a ballet class to help her build her strength and help her attain better balance. After quite some time, she got it and stopped ballet. Now, that she’s focused on the guard she practices ballet on her own just to keep that strength and balance. Her dancing isn’t limited to just ballet. She’s pretty great at other styles as well but doesn’t do it since it doesn’t interest her that much. So yeah, basically, dancing is another training routine for her XP
