Favorite Blueblood ship..Hmm…Twilight and him.
 
Why? Well both of them are from Canterlot and the elite. (Come on. Twilight’s parents were able to get Twilight into one of the most prestigious schools in the country, not to mention that they have a luxurious home and Twilight’s mom is a renowned author.)
 
And Blueblood is Celestia’s ‘nephew’. Twilight had to have met him over time. So this ship has a lot of potential.
 
I do like him with Applejack too, but overtime, I’ve come to like other Applejack ships.
 
And honestly, there aren’t any other ponies I’d ship with him.

The Spike/Rarity thing tends to make me cringe. It’s so close to how I’ve seen these types of crushes go in real life, I wish he would get over it. Rarity in turn crushes on anyone but him. Applejack would be a much better fit.

Oh yeah, Spike/Applejack. I honestly love that pair and I’m surprised it isn’t bigger. I mean, besides Rarity (and Twilight if you want to) Applejack has had tons of little moments with the guy. {Honestly, she has shown a lot more care to Spike than Rarity. Not bashing Rarity, but she can be insensitive to Spike at times.}
 
Though, I’ve come to enjoy Discord/Applejack, but that may be because I’m writing a fic about it right now. Several chapter in, in fact, so I’m rather fond of those two.

Big heterosexual pairing that doesn’t involve her older brother, that is. The last one has at least over 300 pictures. Of course, there’s also pairing her with Spike, also sitting at over 300 pictures.
 
I do have a soft spot for Blueblood/Applejack, though I do enjoy a similar one with Rainbow Dash. Even if she might as well have “property of Soarin” printed across her flanks.

I don’t really see how Trenderhoof shot it to pieces. While I thought him alright and have no problem shipping him with AJ, not many people did. There are few fics (I could probably count them on my fingers) of the pair and not many pics.
 
Applejack doesn’t have a big pairing, to my knowledge. (There was Soarin, but that pairing isn’t as popular as it used to be. Probably because Rainbow Falls.)

Any Blueblood shipping is an uphill battle. Just look at the most widespread ship, Bluetrix, which has less than a tenth of ships like Scratchtavia—who have interacted even less on the actual show.
 
That, and Trenderhoof kind of shot one of the possible Bluejack scenarios to pieces.

I actually like this ship and I still wonder why it isn’t a thing. I mean, at the time this ship first got art and attention, so was Twixie (Trixie, Twilight).
 
Kind of the same thing, but this is a snobbish nobleman and an honest, kind country gal. I mean, that alone makes for some great shipping.

Hell, I’d read this fic to see if it can sail.
