Greed mode, turns into giant dragon  
Knight mode, turns into fantasy Spike from Dog and Pony Show

Also, no problem with his speed rating.

I wouldn’t go that far. In the first episode, he indicates that his vocabulary is lacking, and he seems really naive at times(lol, exploding ponies for no reason). I’d give him a 2 for Normal.

A dip in boiling hot lava is a relaxing time for him, and his scales seem to be super tough, so I can believe this.

He can breathe fire, but it seems to be very short range. No problem here.  
>Fighting Ability: 4(Experienced Fighter)  
I find it hard to believe Spike would be as good a fighter as Spidey or Cyclops, much less better then some of the Six, seeing as he’s just a short little kid. I’d give him a 2 for Normal.

True, though in his giant form most of his stats except Intelligence would go up.

Maybe if he grew up to his adult form.  
But I don’t think that stepping on someone is proof of fighting prowess, that’s just being really tall.

Fighting ability: 4?!  
When did we see him fight AT ALL? Unless this is the Fantasy Spike from the Diamond dogs episode.
