Funny you mention that, according to the normal norman general, they originally thought he was a girl because no one bothered to check. (I assume)
 
And amusingly enough, we call him Nolan North now but they originally called him Lauren Faust because of the red hair.
 
(Nolan connection was because he looked like a character from a Saints Row game and the fourth game had the voice of Nolan North as an option, you can’t see it from this image but his scarf has a Fleur De Lis on it. The Saints enblem aswell as purple colour of the Saints which is kinda how it all came together.)

Needs to be modified into him shooting lasers out if his eyes.
