Truth is, I dont think they have leap years in Equestria… caus Tia moves the sun around the planet of Equestria, leap years are caused by rotation of the earth (days) and one orbit around the sun (year) not being synchronised, but Equestria doesnt orbit the sun, so its actually impossible for them to have leap years

Specifically, it’s 365.2422. If you reaaaaaally want to make the calendar perfect we should have a extra leap day every 128.21 years,but obviously that doesn’t make sense because there is another decimal point there and my tired ass brain who failed every maths class except geometry can’t handle this quantum bullshit
