I think the fillies are the “options”, and the nurses are just escorting them to show to the reader (hence 47 and Scootaloo looking at the camera).
I can’t even figure this series out, so congratulations.
Looking at other Pony Hospital posts, 49 (the white one) is talking about the options the fillies are taking, not the fillies themselves. 47 (green) is probably the most innocent nurse the hospital has (“nice”), while 51 (red) is pretty, erm, “naughty”.
You can just request it, anonymous asking is allowed.
They still can do other things but sadly they hvent done my specific fetish I like yet :/
Or is Scootaloo “nice” because she’s eager to help “treat” you, and Sweetie “naughty” because she resists? With rape logic, who knows?
