Thanks for setting this topic straight. This gay and lesbian phenomenon is getting out of hand. I have kids who like the show, and my little girl has a crush on the brown haired kid. (Weird huh, seeing as how he is t even the main character.) Fist bump from a brony father.

Let’s not assume the writers are purposefully fulfilling your expectations now. If you want an actual reason these two are in two shots interacting with each other in some way you will find the idea of them being a symbol of comradely and the spirit of unity despite their implied different interest and social circles far more appropriate as such concepts have always been their catalyst for symbiosis(ex. Working together on their school battle of the bands charity event banner,having “whiz kids”pony ear band thing,a symbol of school spirt and unity being thrust upon the “blues guys head”.)While this doesn’t mean you can’t “ship it” the writers are not I assure you.
