hey guys, the primary demographic for [show X] is young kids. I don’t actually know any of the show’s creators personally, nor did they ever make a public statement that this was the case, nor do I have any influence in the show’s creation, but I still know for sure this is true. there are actually those involved in the show publically saying it’s not just for kids, but they don’t count, and the dozens of people making this show certainly aren’t unanimously agreed on its target demographic. but you can say whatever you want, and the show will still only be really truly super duper primarily for young kids. evidence or logic doesn’t matter, since it’s only icky pedos who disagree with me.

If you’re seriously claiming that I think Gravity Falls is for kids because of the scary stuff, then you’re nuttier than a Pay Day candy bar. I don’t think it automatically means kids can’t watch it, though; while some elementary-age kids might find it too scary or grotesque, I imagine most of them would (or do) love it.

Gravity Falls is automatically for little kids then… because it shows an satanic eye of providence, wax creature trying to kill a brother and a sister, and satanic latin words of rising the undead from the ground. Yep, totally kids related.

No. I don’t see how that proves it’s not aimed at kids, though. Lots of stuff I watched (or read) growing up had characters killed, sometimes even onscreen.

Gonna point out that unlike the cartoon, the comic really isn’t targeted specifically at little girls. It’s aimed at kids as a whole and comic fans.

The unicorn on the third panel on the right has an abnormally long horn. It looks like something you’d see on an alicorn.

IMO it’s a character bit. Each “bunch of grapes” thought the other was going to be the greens. But they’re friends, so aside from a little whining when they got together they’re cool with it.

The colorist botched the Fruit of the Loom ponies in the third panel. One of those two grape outfits should be green.
